The Women Leaders in Pharma: An Interview Series showcases the voices of women leaders within the industry on a variety of timely and relevant topics. 

In each interview, a DCAT Member Company leader shares insights on career development, leadership, mentoring, networking, and other important issues. These interviews are coordinated by the DCAT Alliance for Industry Women Committee.

About DCAT Alliance for Industry Women Committee

Responsible for programs and special events that will create opportunities to educate, inform and inspire the women in the pharmaceutical industry. The committee activities include creating quarterly webinars, publications and posting topical social media conversations. The committee also develops and hosts the Women’s Networking Breakfast during DCAT Week.
