About Susie 

Susie Freda has established a stellar reputation as a “people first” leader and dot connector. She has been with Teva Pharmaceuticals since 2016 and a year ago joined a new team as a Senior Director, Global Alliance Management, where she has taken on some of the most important and complex partner collaborations for the company.

Prior to her current role, she served in a number of Procurement roles, most recently as Senior Director of Global Procurement, Marketing & Sales and Professional Services. Prior to that she was at Pfizer where she spent more than 13 years advancing her career by taking on many different challenging roles in their Global Procurement organization.

She comes with a strong track record of engagement with partners and internal stakeholders as well as team leadership.  Susie is passionate about coaching and mentoring others to help reach their full potential.
