- DCAT Member Companies will receive priority consideration; however, non-members with relevant expertise and perspectives are also encouraged to apply.
- Senior leaders, industry experts, or decision makers with direct influence on key areas of the bio/pharmaceutical value chain – R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial strategy and business development.
- Joint presentations are encouraged, particularly those highlighting successful partnerships, collaborative initiatives or case studies that demonstrate measurable impact and shared innovation.
- Experts from outside the bio/pharma sector are welcome to contribute perspectives on cross-industry topics such as digital transformation, innovation management, sustainability or global business strategy.
- Applicants should demonstrate communication skills, fluency in English and proven experience presenting on relevant industry topics. A dynamic and engaging presentation style is essential.
- Selected speakers are expected to participate actively in the entire Summit, including networking sessions, panel discussions and follow-up conversations, to maximize engagement and collaboration opportunities across the two-day event.
The number of applications selected in each subject-matter category will determine the agenda and number of participants for each opportunity listed below:

- Regulatory & Compliance Innovation: Automated submissions, AI pharmacovigilance, data protection, and global regulations;

- Future Skills & Organizational Readiness: Retraining and Reskilling Teams: Exploring how companies prepare their workforce for AI integration – change management, upskilling programs, cross-functional collaboration, and creating a culture where human expertise and AI complement each other to drive innovation and efficiency.
Applicants are encouraged to propose presentations that are educational, data-driven, and thought-provoking, showcasing case studies, emerging trends, or strategic frameworks that advance understanding across the bio/pharma ecosystem.
Previous Presentations or Publications: Indicate whether you have shared this topic at industry events or through published work. Provide links to past presentations, press releases, or media coverage demonstrating the topic’s industry significance.

By aligning with one or more criteria noted below, presenters will contribute to an engaging, thought-provoking program that advances innovation, collaboration, and transformation across the global bio/pharmaceutical value chain – reflecting the Summit’s core themes of digitalization, supply chain resilience, and global industry shifts.
Submissions that promote specific products, services or companies will not be considered.
1. Relevance to Industry Challenges:
• Proposed presentations must address key challenges or advancements in bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing, digital transformation, or external partnerships.
• Topics should explore innovative strategies that enhance supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and adaptability amid global shifts.
2. Industry Expertise & Leadership:
• Presenters should be recognized as industry leaders or subject-matter experts with demonstrated experience in areas such as R&D, manufacturing, procurement, logistics or supply chain strategy.
• Case studies, successful implementations, and real-world examples of measurable improvement are strongly encouraged.
3. Technology-Driven Innovation:
• Presentations should highlight the use of technologies such as AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms that drive advancements in R&D, production, quality, planning or distribution.
• Future-focused insights on digital transformation, investment trends, or evolving market demands are welcome.
4. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Impact:
• Submissions should demonstrate measurable contributions to solving industry challenges such as global supply constraints, capacity optimization, supplier collaboration, or risk mitigation.
5. Collaborative & Actionable Strategies:
• Proposals that emphasize cross-sector collaboration, partnership models, or shared best practices in R&D, manufacturing, digitalization, quality/regulatory, and supply chain operations will receive priority consideration.
6. Originality & Practical Insights:
• Presentations should offer fresh perspectives, innovative problem-solving approaches or emerging strategies not widely shared at other industry events.
• All proposals must deliver practical, actionable takeaways that can be applied by attendees to strengthen digital readiness, operational resilience and global competitiveness.
