Logging Into The DCAT Member Portal

If you have already logged into the portal during Virtual DCAT Week 2021 for registration, you can log in using the same email and password.

When to log in using the “Forgot Password” option:

  • If you are a DCAT member representative and were in our database prior to 2021, you will have access to the DCAT Member Portal and will not have to click “New User” to login. If you click “New User” and the system recognizes your email, it will prompt you to reset your password instead. To log into the portal, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions sent to your email.

When to log in using the “New User” option:

  • If you are a new employee at your company, you should create a new user profile. If you are an existing user and contact in DCAT’s database but have switched companies, please notify us by emailing lkuna@dcat.org so we can update your account.

Membership Dues Renewal Steps

  • Step 1: Log into the portal. (Please note: If you are a first-time user, click the “New User” option. If the system recognizes you as an existing user, it will prompt you to reset your password). As a reminder, the DCAT Member Portal works best in Google Chrome.
  • Step 2: Once you are logged in, click “Membership Dues Renewal” on the left side of the screen.
  • Step 3: Click “Manage” then on the next page, click “Renew”
  • Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and click “Add to Cart”
  • Step 5: Click “Checkout” to continue to the Payment Page
  • Step 6: Check out via credit card or click email invoice to download the wire/check instructions or forward the invoice to your accounting department.

Troubleshooting

Below are a list of unlikely scenarios that could occur during your membership dues renewal.

  • I am unable to see the login screen.
    Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer as their browser is not always compatible with end-user interfaces. The portal works best in Google Chrome.
  • While logging in I clicked “Forgot Password” but never received an email with instructions.
    Please first check your spam folder. If you did not receive an email and it is not in your spam folder, this means you are not in our system and will have to click New User to create your account.
  • I’ve logged into the portal but I do not see the option to renew my company’s membership dues.
    Please contact Lauryn Kuna at lkuna@dcat.org. This just means we need to update your permissions and list you as a Dues Contact with your company.
  • I can see the page to renew the dues but the option to renew is missing.
    Please contact Lauryn Kuna at lkuna@dcat.org. This just means we need to update your permissions and list you as a Dues Contact with your company.
  • My company’s membership dues are the wrong price.
    Please contact Lauryn Kuna at lkuna@dcat.org.
