DCAT Announces Board Leadership for November 1, 2019 

Robbinsville, New Jersey October 15, 2019 — The Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association is pleased to announce the Board of Directors Members for its upcoming fiscal year, November 1, 2019, to October 31, 2020. The members were interviewed and selected by the organization’s Leadership Development Committee and were approved by each member company’s official Delegate through balloting during the last six weeks.

Elected as for a second term as President is Paolo MagriSenior Vice President Business Development, Advitech SA. Joining Mr. Magri as officers and Executive Committee members are Sean Diver, Director of Business Development, Early Intermediates, Lonza AG, who served as 2nd Vice President and Finance officer. This coming term, he will serve as 1st Vice President and Annual Dinner Chairperson. Kerri McCullough Wood, Senior Vice President, Head of TAPI Commercial and Medis, Teva Pharmaceuticals, who served as 3rd Vice President, will become the 2nd Vice President and Finance Officer. Elected to the Executive Committee as the new 3rd Vice President is Sally MacalusoVice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Medical Devices and Business Services, Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Macaluso served as a Director of the Board during the last two years. Prior to that, she served as Chairperson of the Supply Management Committee. Ms. Macaluso is the 2017 Recipient of the DCAT Volunteer Spirit Award given by the organization.

Together, with the five Directors and the two past-presidents of the Board of Directors, they will continue to work towards providing value-added programs and services for member companies and guide the organization’s strategic plan to ensure its continued growth and success.

Gavin MurdochSenior Director, Strategic Partnerships, Pharma Services, Thermo Fisher Scientific, was elected to the 5th Director seat on the Board for a one year-term. He previously served on the Advisory Council and the Board and as Chairperson of DCAT’s Education Committee. Mr. Murdoch is the 2017 Recipient of the DCAT Volunteer Spirit Award given by the organization.

Immediate Past Presidents, Joe SuttonGlobal Director of Sourcing of Eli Lilly and Company, and Milton Boyer, Chief Executive Officer of SCA Pharmaceuticals, will round out the eleven-person Board of Directors. Click here to view our Board of Directors.
