Participants may be paired with those from different companies and job functions to broaden perspectives.

How the Initiative Works

The Alliance for Industry Women Pilot Mentoring Initiative follows a simple, relationship-centered structure:

  • 1:1 mentor–mentee pairings based on goals, strengths, and experience
  • 12‑month engagement to allow relationships to grow naturally
  • Monthly meetings encouraged (phone or video)
  • Career‑focused conversations, grounded in shared experience
  • Confidential, supportive environment with clear professional boundaries
  • Check‑ins and surveys to help the program evolve and improve

The program is designed to be flexible, accessible, and community‑driven.
