DCAT Week 2022: Duty of Care

DCAT Business Meeting Space Duty of Care

Your company has been assigned a Business Meeting Space at an Official DCAT Week Hotel:

  • Hotel 48LEX
  • The Benjamin Hotel
  • The InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel
  • The Lexington Hotel
  • Lotte New York Palace Hotel
  • The New York Hilton Midtown
  • The San Carlos Hotel

DCAT requires that Member Companies with reserved Business Meeting Space check for proof of full vaccination and identification for all guests entering their Business Meeting Space according to DCAT’s COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols.

Kindly complete this form and return it to DCAT by March 4, 2022. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your Business Meeting Space.

  • My company will check for proof of vaccination against COVID-19 for each guest entering our DCAT Business Meeting Space.
  • In the event that our company is notified during or after DCAT Week that someone who attended a meeting in our Business Meeting Space has tested positive for COVID-19, our company agrees to notify those who were in attendance at that meeting that they may have come in contact with someone who has since tested positive. Our company agrees to notify these attendees, as well as the DCAT organization, in a reasonable amount of time. (Our company understands that we are not permitted to disclose the name of the individual who notified us that they have tested positive for COVID-19.)

Thank you for helping the DCAT organization further its commitment to ensuring the health and safety of all those in attendance at DCAT Week 2022.
