This is a new offering that aims to educate, inform, and inspire the women of our DCAT member companies with insights from some of the best and brightest women leaders in our industry.

To better represent the goals of our women's-initiatives committee, we are proud to introduce the DCAT Alliance for Industry Women, a volunteer committee dedicated to helping women at DCAT member companies advance in the pharmaceutical industry by offering resources, programs and events to support women's leadership development. The committee provides a community for leadership development including a lunch-time webinar series and the Women’s Networking Breakfast during DCAT Week.
