Sponsored by Ancillare

Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence

Wednesday, March 24, 2021 •  $49.00 DCAT Members Only

  • 8:00 - 8:45 Coffee Talk Networking Session (Optional)
  • 9:00 - 10:30 Live Presentation/Q&A

Presented by DCAT’s Alliance for Industry Women Committee

We know that many of you look forward to the Women’s Networking Breakfast at DCAT Week each March. Despite its cancellation, the Alliance for Industry Women Committee would like to offer members the opportunity to still hear the speaker originally selected for the 2020 event. Although presented virtually, the program will be enhanced with an optional networking session and the technology will allow participants to interact with the speaker.

Digital technologies enable us to make breakthrough connections between ideas, information, people, and resources. Our speaker Erica Dhawan, Founder & CEO of Cotential, believes that the concept of Connectional Intelligence (CxQ) might be more impactful than IQ in regards to the challenges and opportunities of this new connected age. In many ways it’s not who you know that’s important, but how you engage with the people you know. CxQ is transforming people into superconnectors who are better able to accelerate innovation, break down silos, and foster major breakthroughs.

Everyone has the capacity to develop Connectional Intelligence, and during this dynamically engaging presentation, Erica will reveal how to build an organizational culture that supports and encourages this particular form of intelligence to further enhance your ability to problem solve and innovate. Participants will learn new insights and tools to accelerate the connected power of teams, become more agile and innovative, and drive breakthrough ideas and outcomes.
