She was also named Canada's Leadership Coach of the Year by the 2017 Corporate Excellence Awards.

DCAT Women's Committee is responsible for programs and special events focused on the advancement of women in the pharmaceutical industry. The committee provides a community for mentoring and leadership development and as part of their responsibilities will manage and plan the Women’s Networking Breakfast during DCAT Week.
