Monday through Thursday by 2:00 pm
Designated Dinner Table Contacts who have not yet received their Annual Dinner Badges are encouraged to pick them up during DCAT Week in the DCAT staff office, Rockefeller Room, InterContinental Barclay. The Rockefeller Room is located on the 2nd floor past the elevators. Dinner guests are asked to get their badge directly from their hosts to avoid any confusion or duplication.
Designated Dinner Table Contacts should always use DCAT’s proprietary online dinner badge system to add or change badges using their unique password up until Thursday, March 23rd at 5:30 pm.
Designated Dinner Table Contacts who would like their guests to pick up their own badges should advise DCAT’s Table Coordinator, Diane Packard via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thursday after 4:00 pm
Designated Dinner Table Contacts who are unable to distribute Annual Dinner badges to all their guests should return the badges to the Rockefeller Room by 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 23rd. The badges will then be transported to the New York Hilton. Guests will be able to go to the 2nd floor via escalator or elevator and retrieve their Annual Dinner badges from the DCAT staff beginning at 4:00 pm. The area will be clearly marked “Badge Pick-up Area.”
Designated Dinner Table Contacts or other company representatives are welcome to meet their guests on the 2nd floor to provide them with their Annual Dinner Badges beginning at 4:00 pm. It’s a rather large area so please keep an eye out for your guests as they enter from the elevators or the escalators.
*A good suggestion for those who need to meet you to get their badge is to meet at the windows directly behind the name badge station located on the 2nd floor.
Only persons wearing an Annual Dinner Badge will be able to:
